Cancellation of Orders Not Yet Shipped
On AurumSkull.com, you can easily cancel orders that have not yet been shipped through your membership. You can perform the cancellation process by going to the "My Account" section from your membership account. Cancellation and Return Process for Shipped Orders
Cancellation of shipped orders is unfortunately not possible. In this case, you can start the return process by following the steps in the return section of the "My Account" section.
Return Option Within 14 Business Days
You can return products that you are not satisfied with within 14 business days after delivery. Returns can be made via Yurtiçi Kargo, with the sender paying for the shipping, and you must provide us with your shipping code. Returned products must be complete, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
Return Based on Payment Methods
For payments made by bank transfer, cash on delivery, or credit card, your refund will be processed within 15 business days after the return process is completed and the product reaches us.
Shipping Costs for Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
