Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
GENERAL:
- When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
- Shipping costs, which are the shipping fees for the product shipment, will be paid by the buyers.
- Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers can terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
- In the event that the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT FEE IS NOT PAID:
- If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
- If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the payment made by the buyer was unfairly used by unauthorized persons, and the product fee is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller's expense for shipping.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE DUE TIME FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS:
- If force majeure events occur that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the payment will be returned to them in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product fee will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
- The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; they will not receive crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc., damaged and defective goods/services from the cargo company. The received goods/services will be considered undamaged and intact. The BUYER must protect the goods/services carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The BUYER may use the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal and criminal liability and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to them or the person/organization at the address indicated, by notifying the SELLER through the following contact information.

PERIOD FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- If the buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for service contracts where the service has begun with the consumer's approval before the right of withdrawal period ends.
- The expenses arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
- For the use of the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must be unused in accordance with the provisions of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" article of this contract.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Returns of orders invoiced to institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)
- Return form, the products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER in debt to the BUYER within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to take back the goods within 20 days.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages at the rate of their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations caused by the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
- If the value of the campaign limit set by the SELLER is reduced due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the amount of the discount used within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:
Goods prepared in line with the BUYER's request or clearly personal needs and not suitable for return, underwear bottoms, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are in danger of rapid deterioration or are likely to expire, goods that are not suitable for health and hygiene if their packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under the subscription agreement, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER, are not eligible for return as per the Regulation. Additionally, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal for services that have been started with the consumer's approval before the right of withdrawal period ends.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, reproducible software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and tapes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused to be returned.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:
- The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that if they default in the case of payment transactions made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; the BUYER may be charged costs and attorney fees, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to their debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER's damages and losses due to the delayed performance of the debt.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
You can make a payment via bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
You can benefit from online single payment or online installment opportunities with your credit cards on our site. At the end of your orders, the amount will be charged to your credit card.
In cases requiring repair, return, and exchange, you need to send your product to our relevant center address with your warranty certificate and invoice. Products without these documents will not be repaired, returned, or exchanged.
You can have the initial alterations (enlargement and reduction) and maintenance of the purchased products done at our center for the first year from the date of purchase by sending them with the relevant documents. However, the cost of the additional parts added (gold - silver gr diamond, etc.) for enlargement and alteration will be borne by our customers.
In product exchanges, the price of the new product cannot be lower than the price of the old product. Exchanges can be made with products of the same group and brand. Steel and silver products cannot be exchanged with gold and diamond products.
Unused and undamaged products can be exchanged or returned within 15 business days if sent to our center with all documents. Returns and exchanges cannot be made for products purchased for more than 15 business days.
Gold product returns for more than 15 business days from the purchase date are accepted at the current market gold rate after deducting the workmanship fee.
Products damaged due to incorrect use not in accordance with the instructions for use, or damaged due to contact with chemical substances are not covered by the warranty. Therefore, repair, exchange, and return transactions cannot be made.
For the continuity of the warranty period of our products, third parties or institutions outside our brand should not intervene with our products (size adjustment, stone setting, etc.). Such interventions will void the warranty.
All products are accepted for return after inspection and approval by the relevant brand expert teams. All details are communicated to you through the contact channel you specified.
