If you have placed an order with a membership that has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it from the My Account section on our website. It is not possible to cancel orders that have been shipped via the page. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the process in the return section in the My Account section.
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 14 business days of delivery.
