If you have placed an order with a membership that has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it from the My Account section on our website. If you have placed an order without a membership, you can contact us via our Support line at 0537 655 35 95 or via our e-mail address [email protected]. It is not possible to cancel orders that have been shipped via the page. In this case, we kindly ask you to follow the process in the return section in the My Account section.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within 14 business days of delivery. You can start your return process by sending the shipping code via Yurtiçi Kargo and provided that the recipient pays. It is very important that the products to be returned or exchanged are sent complete, undamaged, unused and unwashed.

There is no change if you pay by money order, cash on delivery or credit card. If the return process is completed and the returned product reaches us, the refund will be made to you within 15 business days.

In case of Cancellation, Return and Exchange, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer, unless there is a defect in the product caused by the seller.
